Fresh Dew is made purely from a single tea cultivar, Saemidori, which means "bright green". It's noted for having minimal bitterness, a lush umami taste, and fresh mouthfeel. The umami taste is highly well-balanced, and contains an aroma close to fresh grass with notes of bright citrus and bright melon. The taste of Saemidori is deliciously sweet because its young leaves contain a higher number of amino acids than highly roasted teas. Enjoy this Dew without milk or sugar to fully appreciate its natural qualities. 

100% ceremonial grade matcha. Consume within one month of opening for highest quality. Refrigerate after opening.
