This velvety hojicha hails from Arita Sansuien, a tea farm founded in 1949 in Uji, Kyoto.

This tea has undergone a slightly longer roast than usual, resulting in a complexity and depth of flavour that speaks for itself.

Made from superior quality tea leaves, this satiny powder melts into a deep cocoa hue when whisked and stands up in colour and in richness when paired with milk.

Contrary to its dark, bold appearance, the taste resonates softly and offers a smooth, creamy texture with the perfect balance of earthiness and sweetness.
